To meet these demands, we implemented a unique solution on Magento 2, integrating both the retail and wholesale e-shops under a single management system. This approach streamlines and accelerates order processing, ensuring a seamless experience for both the company and its customers.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Metrostore is a company with both B2B and B2C clients which requires implementations far more advanced than the usual. Through the e-shop, the company serves a large amount of orders which can be tiresome, so we utilized the multistore Magento feature which enables the company to handle all the orders from a single back end system.
Some other features we implemented are meant to help the B2C customers while other features are destined to improve the UX of the B2B clientele.
PROJECT INFORMATION
- VAT exemption mechanism (in accordance with Article 39A) directly at checkout. A convenience for B2B buyers that simplifies the process for both sides.
- Payments are supported through Viva Payments with instant verification of the buyer's details via AADE.
- We developed a Loyalty System entirely from scratch, tailored to the needs of the company and its customers.
- The ERP integration was achieved through Sebastien. Additionally, due to the extensive product catalog and wide range of suppliers, a custom middleware was developed to collect and process supplier catalog data before updating the e-shop.
