Ioannou Patisserie has been active since 1952, combining tradition with modern production practices and continuous evolution.
As part of its digital upgrade, the team sought an environment that would accurately reflect the company’s identity while effectively supporting the needs of its B2B partners.
The main challenge was structuring a large and diverse product catalog in a way that remains clear and functional, both for presentation and for order placement.
Working closely with the Ioannou team, we designed and implemented a custom WordPress website tailored to the business needs, including B2B ordering capabilities within a simple and efficient interface.
Our approach focused on three key pillars:
Content structure & management — organizing more than 17 categories and hundreds of products into a clear and easy-to-navigate system
B2B functionality — enabling partners to place orders through a streamlined and practical workflow
User experience — a clean interface that highlights the product while avoiding unnecessary complexity
The information architecture was designed to provide direct access to products and reduce the time required to complete an order.
The result is a flexible digital environment that supports daily operations and gives partners a more direct and efficient way to collaborate.
