Motoskopio has been active in the motorcycle industry since 1996, maintaining a strong presence in the Greek market and partnering with leading brands such as HJC, Akrapovic, Sena, and SW-Motech.
Reaching its 30-year milestone, the Motoskopio team sought an e-commerce environment capable of supporting its next phase of growth — both in terms of product catalog complexity and day-to-day operations.
The core challenge was the management of a large and heterogeneous product catalog, with diverse categories, attributes, and filtering requirements, without compromising the user experience.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The core challenge was the management of a large and heterogeneous product catalog, with diverse categories, attributes, and filtering requirements, without compromising the user experience.
Working closely with the Motoskopio team, we designed and implemented a modern e-commerce platform based on Magento 2, leveraging our Lazarus theme as a modular, performance-oriented frontend layer tailored to the real needs of the project.
At the same time, we integrated the ERP system through our SaaS product Sebastien, enabling the team to manage stock, pricing, and orders with accuracy and in real time, significantly reducing reliance on manual processes.
Our approach focused on three key pillars:
Performance & scalability — an architecture capable of supporting a large product catalog and increased traffic without performance degradation
Structure & product discovery — clear categorization and dynamic filtering to help users quickly find the right product
Mobile-first experience — a responsive interface designed for seamless and efficient use across all devices
The information architecture was structured to reduce friction across the user journey, allowing fast and targeted navigation even within a complex catalog.
