Rihardos Musical Instruments has been active since 1977 and is today one of the leading distributors of musical instruments and equipment in Greece.
As part of the evolution of its digital presence, the company proceeded with a redesign of its e-commerce platform, aiming to improve performance, user experience, and product catalog management.
The core challenge was to preserve and restructure an extensive product catalog while improving navigation and overall platform performance.
Working closely with the Rihardos’ team, we implemented the new version of the e-shop on Magento 2, maintaining existing data while enriching the catalog with improved structure and categorization.
Our approach focused on three key pillars:
  • Performance & stability — optimizing the platform for faster load times and reliable operation
  • Structure & navigation — reorganizing the catalog to enable easier and more targeted product discovery
  • User experience — a consistent and user-friendly interface across all devices
At the same time, we ensured reliable online transactions, with a strong focus on security and system stability.
The result is a renewed e-commerce environment that supports daily operations and enables users to efficiently explore and select products within a large and complex catalog.
